안드로이드 - 이미지의 Orientation를 체크해서 이미지 회전하기

안드로이드에서 단말기 내부의 사진을 ImageView 등에 출력할 때,
이미지가 가로 방향인지 세로 방향인지 체크해서 적절하게 회전시켜서 보여주는 함수입니다.

이미지의 Orientation 정보를 얻는 함수입니다.
